Overnight Chia Pudding

Yield: 1 serving (~400 cal)

Cooking Time: 5 minutes prep (overnight soak) 

Notes: Great for breakfast or a cold dessert. 

Ingredients:

  • Main:

    • 2 tbsp chia seeds

    • 1/2 cup powdered milk or plant milk powder

    • 1 tbsp honey or syrup

  • Extras:

    • Dried fruit

    • Nuts

Instructions:

  1. Mix chia seeds, powdered milk, and about 1 cup water.

  2. Stir in honey and dried fruit.

  3. Let sit overnight in a sealed container.

  4. Stir and eat cold.
