Ingredients:
Main:
1 scoop powdered fruit smoothie mix or freeze-dried fruit powder
1/2 cup powdered milk or plant milk powder
Optional Add-ins:
Protein powder
Chia seeds
Instructions:
Add smoothie mix and powdered milk to a water bottle.
Add about 12 oz water.
Shake vigorously until blended.
Add more water for a thinner smoothie.
