Instant Miso Soup + Rice

Yield: 1 serving (~180 cal)

Cooking Time: 5 minutes 

Notes: Very light but comforting; can be combined with extra rice for a full meal. 

Ingredients:

  • Main:

    • 1 packet instant miso soup

    • 1/2 cup instant rice

    • 1 tbsp dried seaweed (wakame)

  • Optional Add-ins:

    • Dried tofu or dehydrated vegetables

Instructions:

  1. Boil 1–1.5 cups water.

  2. Add instant rice and let soften for 2–3 minutes.

  3. Stir in miso soup packet and dried seaweed.

  4. Heat through and serve.
