DIY Instant Rice and Curry

Ingredients:
Main:
1 cup instant rice
1 tbsp powdered coconut milk
1 tbsp curry powder
1/4 cup dehydrated vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers)
Extras:
1 chicken packet or tofu bites (optional for protein)
Instructions:
Boil 1.5 cups water.
Add instant rice and dehydrated vegetables.
Stir in coconut milk powder and curry powder.
Cook until rice is tender and creamy.
Stir in protein if using, heat through, and serve.
