Trailside Burrito

Cooking Time: 5 minutes 

Notes: No-cook meal; just add water if you want warm beans. 

Ingredients:

  • Main:

    • 1 large tortilla

    • 1/2 cup refried beans powder (or dehydrated refried beans)

    • 1/4 cup shredded cheese or cheese powder

  • Condiments:

    • Hot sauce packet or salsa packet

Instructions:

  1. If preferred warm: Mix refried beans powder with hot water until spreadable.

  2. Spread beans over tortilla.

  3. Top with cheese and drizzle hot sauce.

  4. Roll into a burrito and enjoy.
