Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Cooking Time: 5 minutes 

Notes: Great no-fuss breakfast with lasting energy. 

Ingredients:

  • Main:

    • 1/2 cup quick oats

    • 2 tbsp powdered milk

    • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • Sweetener:

    • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Boil 1 cup of water.

  2. Stir oats and powdered milk into water.

  3. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and honey.

  4. Let sit for 1–2 minutes and eat.
