Instant Shepherd's Pie

Yield: 1 serving (~700 cal)

Cooking Time: 8–10 minutes 

Notes: Great for cold nights; hearty and homey. 

Ingredients:

  • Main:

    • 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes

    • 1/2 cup dehydrated beef crumbles or TVP

    • 1/4 cup dehydrated mixed vegetables

  • Extras:

    • 1 tbsp butter powder

    • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil 1.5 cups water.

  2. Rehydrate beef and vegetables in boiling water for 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in instant mashed potatoes and butter powder.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.
