DIY Backpacking Pad Thai

Notes: Sweet, salty, and satisfying after a long day.
Ingredients:
Main:
1 package instant rice noodles
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce packet
1 tsp lime powder or a squeeze of lime packet
Extras:
Crushed peanuts
Dried vegetables
Instructions:
Soak or boil rice noodles according to package instructions.
Drain most water, leaving a little behind.
Stir in peanut butter, soy sauce, and lime.
Top with crushed peanuts and dried vegetables.
