Couscous and Chicken

Cooking Time: 5–7 minutes 

Notes: High-protein, easy to prepare with minimal cleanup. 

Ingredients:

  • Main:

    • 1/2 cup instant couscous

    • 1 packet chicken (shelf-stable)

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Flavoring:

    • Salt, pepper, lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over couscous, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Fluff couscous and stir in chicken and olive oil.

  3. Season with salt, pepper, or lemon pepper.

  4. Mix well and eat.
