Backpacking Pizza Wraps

Yield: 1 serving (~550 cal)

Cooking Time: 5–7 minutes 

Notes: Fun to make at camp! No oven required. 

Ingredients:

  • Main:

    • 1 large tortilla or pita

    • 2 tbsp tomato paste or pizza sauce packet

    • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheese powder

    • 5–6 slices pepperoni or shelf-stable sausage

  • Extras:

    • Dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Spread tomato paste or sauce over tortilla.

  2. Sprinkle cheese and toppings.

  3. Warm on a pan or wrapped in foil near the fire until cheese melts.

  4. Sprinkle oregano and serve.
